Our Journey Step by Step:
1986 – Founded in Portugal by Domiciano and Maria Graciete Oliveira as a retail warehouse for vehicle springs, following the redirection of Impormol's production as an exclusive OEM supplier.
1988 – Opened a maintenance workshop for heavy vehicles.
1990 – Integrated a laboratory for reconditioning hydraulic steering systems.
1993 – Became the official representative of the prestigious brand ROR (Rockwell Automotive) and exclusive importer of axles and suspensions in Portugal, supplying the semi-trailer industry. Actively participated in road tests and trials that led to the global launch of the first disc-brake axles for semi-trailers, pioneered by ROR.
1995 – Established a brake caliper reconditioning line, certified by manufacturers Granning, Knorr, and Meritor.
2003 – Expanded to Luanda, Angola, with operations in commerce, industry, and services.
2007 – Installed the first Josam heavy-vehicle laser alignment equipment in the Iberian Peninsula.
2014 – Introduced a digital diagnostic line from Jaltest.
2019 – Opened a unit in Luanda dedicated to reconditioning mechanical wear components such as brakes and clutches.
2022 – Joined the TOP Trucks network.
2023 – Launched a logistics solutions store in Luanda, offering products and services tailored for Industry professionals.

Nuno & Raquel
Nuno is an Electromechanical Engineer specialized in braking and suspension systems, electronic diagnostics and repairs, ABS, EBS, ECAS, and control units. His technical expertise ensures precision and reliability in every project.
Raquel Holding a degree in Industrial Management, Raquel is an expert in axles and suspensions for semi-trailers. Her knowledge bridges technical solutions with industrial applications, supporting clients with tailored advice.
Teresa, Nuno, António José, Domingas e Avindo
Teresa has a degree in human resources management and is the Head of customer service.
Nuno: ZF certified, he is a highly specialized technician in hydraulic systems, delivering precision and reliability in complex repairs.
António José: Known as "The Master," His technical knowledge with hands-on experience, making him a trusted authority in mechatronics
Domingas: Law graduate responsible for Public Relations
Avindo Sabalo: Boilermaker & Specialist in aluminum welding, ensures durability and quality in every project.
